These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of thinkvoice (the "Service"), an invoice creation, sending, and management tool. By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
You must create an account to use most features of the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to provide accurate information and to keep it up to date.
You agree not to use the Service to send invoices or communications that are fraudulent, unlawful, or that infringe on the rights of others, and not to attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the Service or its underlying systems.
You retain ownership of the invoices, client data, and other content you submit to the Service ("Your Content"). You grant us a limited license to store, process, and transmit Your Content solely as needed to operate and provide the Service to you.
Some features of the Service may require payment of fees. Where applicable, fees, billing cycles, and refund terms will be presented to you at the time of purchase and are incorporated into these Terms by reference.
The Service may integrate with third-party services (for example, authentication or email providers) to provide certain functionality. Your use of those third-party services is subject to their own terms and privacy policies.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, thinkvoice and its operators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Service.
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you violate these Terms or if we reasonably believe your use of the Service poses a risk to us, other users, or third parties.
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
The Service is operated from, and these Terms are governed by, the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law principles. This applies regardless of the country you access the Service from, as the Service is offered worldwide.
